Why my power bank provide fewer charges than expect?

Usually an external battery could supply 60%-70% power to other devices. Approximately 30-40% of the battery capacity is lost in circuit heat and voltage conversions. So a fully charged 20000mAh can offer 12000-14000 mAh to your devices.

How to calculate the possible number of charges?

"Industry-standard formula: (Rated capacity × 65%) ÷ Device battery capacity ≈ Number of Charges.

eg. (20,000mAh Powerbank × 0.65) ÷ 3279mAh iPhone14 battery ≈ 4.0 charges"

How long does it take to 100% recharge?

"It depends on the power of the wall charger used:

20W charger - 5.4 hrs, 15W fast charger - 6.6 hrs.

Note: Please recharge via the USB-C port."

Why doesn’t it charge at max power all the time?

power banks feature a Smart Temperature Monitoring System that adjusts output to prevent overheating. It delivers max power when your device is low, then reduces power to protect your battery and improve efficiency.

Is it allowed on airplanes?

Yes, our 20000mAh power bank meets the regulations of TSA(Transportation Security Administration) for carring board(≤100wh≈27,027mAh).
