Simply thread the chuck onto your tire inflator tool and unleash the power of our patented, automatic locking Lightning technology.

This is an OPEN FLOW air chuck and must be used with inline tire inflation tools. If you are using this to inflate your bike tires from an air compressor that has an air tank, you MUST first attach this chuck directly to an inline tire inflator gauge tool that accepts 1/4" NPT attachments, such as our FlowPro Tire Inflator Gauge series or similar tools that can open and close the air flow from your compressor. If you attach this chuck directly to the end of your air line without an inline tire inflator tool, it will drain your tank. Please review your application and fitment before purchasing.

The Lightning XP can be attached to standalone tire pressure gauges to measure and bleed down air pressure on your bike tires.

To use the Lightning XP presta chuck with your portable 12-volt air compressor, you must first unthread the presta nozzle head from the body of the chuck, and then thread the presta nozzle head directly onto the "twist-on" tire valve connector on your 12-volt compressor.
